Building or renovating your sanctuary?

Confused by the choices and decisions?

Our one day workshop can help you find direction.

• History - Place your project in a broad historic perspective.

• Sacraments - Examine different worship settings that others have used through the centuries, then build a setting that is appropriate for your worship.

• Focus - Discuss ways a sanctuary can focus the congregation on worship.

• Welcoming - Learn how your building welcome people and encourage fellowship.

• Site - Evaluate your building's image, parking, and location.

We will travel to your location and spend a day with you, conducting the workshop (about 4 hours), visiting your site, explaining how your project fits into church tradition, and discussing ideas and options for your building. 
We can also help you with more detailed conceptual design of your sanctuary, narthex, and site.  
We will work cooperatively with your project architect or design/builder.
