M. F. MOYER DEAD
M. F. Moyer died Thursday afternoon at the home of his son M. L. Moyer, in Chase County. Mr. Moyer has been in poor health for some time and his death was expected by the family. He was born at Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, in 1834, and came to Kansas in 1878, settling at Emporia where he has resided practically since. He leaves three living children: Mrs. Lizzie Rain, of Topeka; M. L. Moyer, of Chase County; and Mrs. James M. Sleisher, who lives four miles north of town.
