Toluca - Mrs. Clara Thompson, 90, died at 9:35 a.m. Sunday in St. Mary's Hospital, Streator, where she had been a patient three months.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday from Aimone and Son funeral home. Rev. Byron Black will officiate services and burial will be in Trinity Lutheran cemetery, La Rose.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m., Tuesday.
Born April 15, 1879 in Penfield, she was a daughter of Laben and Lydia (Piles) Gritten. She was married to William P. Myers, April 11, 1897 in Danville. He preceded her in death. She was then married to Robert W. Thompson, Sept. 7, 1920, in Chicago. He died July 2, 1921.
Surviving is one daughter, Mrs. Audrey Maack, Toluca; one son, Everett E. Myers, Rutherford, N.J.; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
She was a member of the Royal Neighbors of America.
