Helen Gritten, 97, of Hemet, Calif., formerly of Penfield, died Sept. 1, 2008.
Burial services will be held at St. Lawrence Cemetery in Penfield on Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2008, at 2 p.m.
Helen was born March 8, 1911, a daughter of Thomas and Sarah (Graham) Buck of Penfield.
She married Rumley Gritten on June 18, 1964. He preceded her in death on July 18, 1994.
She is survived by a son, Thomas, of California, and several nieces and nephews.
