    • Mildred Ilene Hazelbaker, 86, was the daughter of Elmer and Dora (Meeks) Worley. She married Estol "Bus" Hazelbaker on May 4, 1939, in Oakwood, Illinois. He preceded her in 1991.
      She is survived by six children, William (Marylou) Hazelbaker , Charles (Pat) Hazelbaker, Robert (Rachael) Hazelbaker, Martha (Harold) Hunt, Phyllis (Roy) Holt and Karen Bibb, 18 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, five stepgreat-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
      She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Nancy Hazelbaker, two brothers, William Worley and Elmer Worley Jr., and four sisters, Wanda Burton, Bernetia Miller, Nellie Richey and Margaret Hardy.
      Mildred attended schools in Danville and worked at Aerosol Techniques until retiring in 1984. She was a member of Church of God in Danville and served as president of the Ladies Auxiliary.
