    • Harry Shepherd of Danville passed away on October 27, 2016 at his home. He was the son of Harry and Sarah Kerenetta Shepherd.
      He is survived by his son, Terry (Julie) Shepherd; daughter, Karen (Greg) Clapper; grandchildren, Jill (Mike) Poggendorf, Tyler (Ashley) Shepherd and Cory Clapper and three great-grandchildren.
      He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary and his great-granddaughter, Isabella Poggendorf.
      Harry worked for many years at R&S Printing as a printer. He also worked at Ray O'Herron Inc. retiring many years ago. Harry was very active up until his passing working as a golf ranger at Harrison Park Golf Course. He loved playing golf and spending time with his family. His death ends a 70-plus year legacy of Goodner/Shepherd presence on Harmon Avenue.
