Gertrude Grimes Gritton, 79, the widow of Floyd Gritton, died at Kings Daughters Hospital, Frankfort Saturday evening. She was a member of the Lawrenceburg Baptist Church. She is survived by one son, Floyd Gritton, Jr., Owington, four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Evelyn Hyatt, Lawrenceburg, one niece, Albertine Davenport, Lexington. Funeral will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Huddleston Funeral Home, Lawrenceburg by the Rev. Bob Johes. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Visitation after 5 p.m. today.
