Notes - LKH Note:
In the 1850 US census the household of Charles and Sarah Hall appear to include children that Charles had with a previous wife, plus two children: Lucretia Connor, age 7, and Nancy J. Connor, age 5, that appear to be children that Sarah had with a previous husband. That would make Sarah's surname of Conner is from her previous husband. I have not yet found documentation of her maiden name.
