Notes - Joseph (Joe) King Chandler, 71, of Winton, died at his home today. He was a native of Quitman, Ark., and a member of the Pentecostal Church of God. He worked for the Winton Cemetery District for 20 years until he retired in 1954. He lived in Winton since 1925. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 10 a.m. in Mission Chapel of Ivers and Alcorn Funeral Home and burial will be in Winton Cemetery. Survivors include his widow, Lela B. Chandler; two sons, Edmond and Farris Chandler of Winton; two daughters, Mrs. Marie Brown of Merced and Miss Coleene Chandler of Winton; a brother, Monroe Chandler of Blytheville, Ark.; a sister, Mrs. Ethel Hughes of Little Rock and six grandchildren.
