      Evelyn Mae Wiggans, 86, Fort Scott, Kan., died April 4, 1994, in the Indian Creek Nursing Center, Overland Park. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Oak Grove Cemetery, Fort Scott. Friends may call from 10:30 to 10:45 a.m. Wednesday at the Cheney Witt Chapel, Fort Scott. The family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society. Mrs. Wiggans was a lifelogn Fort Scott resident. She was a member of the First Church of God, Fort Scott. Her husband, The Rev. William B. Wiggans, died in 1992. Survivors include a son, Benjamin W. Wiggans, and a daughter, Frances Inman, both of Overland Park; a brother, Carlton Seaver, Nevada, Mo.; severn grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
