Know all hereby them presents that we Rice Milliner and Joseph Oder are held and firmly bound unto the commonwealth of Kentucky in the just and full sum of fifty pounds current money and for payment well and truly to be made & done to the said commonwealth we bind ourselves and Every of our heirs Execs & adm our family jointly and severally firmly by these present sealed with our seals and dated this 20th day of January 1815.
The Condition of the above obligations is such that there is a Marriage shortly intended to be solemnzed between the above bound Rice Milliner and Sarah Odor. Now should there be no lawfull cause to obstruct said Marriage then the above obliation to be void. Else to remain in full force.
