    Morganfield, Ky., Jan. 2. – William J. Brummett, 77, retired Union county farmer, died Monday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Dora Whitledge, Evansville, Ind.
    Surviving beside the daughter are: other daughters, Mrs. Pearl Jones, Sturgis, and Mrs. Rudell Raddatz, Grand Rapids, Mich.; sons, C.R. Lexington, S.R., and Arvel, Lansing, Mich.; Hanes, Evansville; Earl, Grand Rapids; a sister, Mrs. Angie Easley, Chicago; 18 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist church, Sturgis, with burial in Pythian Ridge cemetery there. The Rev.A.H. Cullen, Calvary Baptist church pastor at Evansville, and the Rev. Ernest Miller, Sturgis pastor, will officiate.
