      He was retired from General Electric.

      He was preceded in death by his parents, Cannon and Phrona Murray; and brother, Glenn Murray.

      He is survived by his wife of 52 years, four children, nine grandchildren, four great- grandchildren, three brothers, five sisters, beloved pet, and many other family and friends.

      His funeral is 1 p.m. Tuesday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with entombment in Evergreen Mausoleum. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Monday and after noon Tuesday.
