Notes - Wilmot, Benton, 79, of Brooksville, died Friday (Nov. 6, 1998) at Sun City Care Center. Born in Rock Castle County, Ky., he came here 40 years ago from Green River, Utah. He was the owner and operator of an auto body shop in Utah, and a member of the First Baptist Church of Riskin. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. Survivors include a son, Steven, Brooksville; two daughters, Darlyn Phillips, Thonotosassa, and Sandra Wade, Sarasota; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Brewer Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory, Brooksville.
