      Funeral services for Mrs. Walter Bryan, 54, who died at her home at Peterpender Jan. 23, were conducted at Lowes Creek Jan. 25 by Rev. J.W. Johnston.
      Survivors, in addition to her husband, are a son, Rufus Morgan, of the home; four daughters, Mrs. Elsey Dickerson of Barnes, Mrs. Jettie Ward of Camden, Mrs. Velma Milam of Arvin, Calif., and Mrs. Jean Milam of Peterpender; her father, Eli Turner of Cass; nine brothers, Cloe Turner of Ozark, Louis and William Turner of Detroit, Mich., Hugh Turner of Hammond, Ind., Howard Turner, of Shamrock, Texas, and Champ, Roy, Frank, and Cleston Turner of Cass; and nine sisters, Mrs. Clara Kale of Peru, Kans., Mrs. Martha Carlisle and Mrs. Minnie Patrick of Detroit, Mrs. Flora Spears of Mountainburg, Mrs. Pearl Moore of Napa, Calif., Mrs. Wand Carter of Richland, Washington, Mrs. Grace Turner of Altus and Misses Patsy and Joy Turner of Cass.
