    • Darell was the son of Leroy "Butch" Pingleton and Elsie (Cline) Pingleton. He graduated from Haileyville High School in 1969. He married Delores Darby on Jan. 2, 1969, in Hartshorne. He was a member of Haileyville Assembly of God Church. He enjoyed spending time with his family and enjoyed collecting antiques, knives and old cars. He also enjoyed gardening and raising rabbits. He passed away in McAlester at the age of 61. Survivors include his wife, Delores Pingleton, of the home; mother, Elsie Pingleton, of the home; daughters, Darlene Buzidragis and husband, Joseph, of Wilson, and Danell Pruitt and husband, Ray, of Hartshorne. Also, grandchildren, Krista Buzidragis, Joseph Buzidragis IV, Ashlin Pruitt and Breanna Pruitt; great-granddaughter, Brashlyn Buzidragis; brothers, Ronald Pingleton, of Haileyville, and Paul Pingleton, of Haileyville, and numerous other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Leroy "Butch" Pingleton; a brother, Jerry Pingleton, and aunts and uncles. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 2, at Haileyville Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Don Russell and the Rev. Steven McMahan officiating. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery in Hartshorne. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Bishop Funeral Service of McAlester. Pallbearers will be Joseph Buzidragis III, Joseph Buzidragis IV, Ray Pruitt, James Beaty, Tyrel Watkins and Edward Capers. Honorary pallbearers will be Bobby Burrow, Jerry Gilreath, Ron Cunningham, Kenneth Peterson, Cleve Sweet, Trey Ivey and the congregation of Haileyville Assembly of God Church. Memorials may be made to Haileyville Assembly of God Church Women's Ministries. [1, 2]
