Notes - Virginia “Jinny Ann” Cole, 89, went home to be with the Lord on March 27, 2013. Born on July 29, 1923, to the late Victor and Charliena (Warren) Gaa in Columbus, Ohio, Jinny was a loving wife, devoted mother, and adoring grandmother who enjoyed reading, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family. She was a member of Franklin Church for thirty-two years and an employee of Nationwide Insurance for nine years. Jinny is survived by her husband of 56 years, Robert Cole, children Richard (Barbara) Worley, Larry (Rita) Cole, and Lee (Dave) Stewart, grandchildren Richard (Kathy) Worley Jr., Randy Worley, Trevor Cole, Ashleigh (Pete) Kraus, and Danny Stewart. She was preceded in death by her brother Jerome (Muriel) Gaa. The family will receive friends at Crouse-Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home, Johnstown, Ohio on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 from 6-8pm. Funeral service at the Franklin Church, 7171 Central College Rd., New Albany, Ohio, on Wednesday, April 3, 2013, at 11am with Pastor Mike Brown officiating, followed by a private graveside service at Jersey Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Franklin Church Memorial Fund in honor of Virginia Cole. An online memorial will be located at www.cksammons.com.
