Notes - 1 cup butter
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 and 3/4 cup flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
Cream together butter and sugar, beat well and add 2 eggs, sift together and add the dry ingredients.
Chill well in fridge overnight - do not skip this step!
Roll into small balls and roll in mixture of 2 TBS sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon.
Bake 350 for 10 minutes.
