Smith, Dorothy, age 77 of Trenton, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at her residence. She was born June 5, 1933 in Perry County, KY to Velmer and Myrtle (Curtis) Moore. She was a cafeteria worker for Edgewood City Schools for 18 years. Dorothy was a member of Mt. Olivet United Presbyterian Church. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold "Smitty" Smith in 2008; sister, Malta M. Fugate; brother, Lloyd Moore. Dorothy is survived by her children, Cheryl Foltz, Barbara (Bill) Baudendistel, Lisa (Jeff) Million all of Trenton, Randy (Wendi) Smith of Monroe; grandchildren, Reanna (Rob), Bridget (Dusty), Ashley, Skyler (Kevin), Haley, Corey; great-granddaughter, Olivia Brooklyn Garrett; brothers, Ralph (Geneva) Moore of Hamilton, Lee (Kathleen) Moore of Loveland, Buster Moore of Hamilton, Doug (Judy) Moore of Fairfield; special sister-in-law, Carolyn Moore of Hamilton; special niece, Vicki (Dave) Anglin of Hamilton. A special thank you to Dr. Malcolm and his staff and Hospice Staff, Kirsten, Bonnie, Teresa and Michelle. Visitation will be held Sunday, April 10, 2011 from 5:00-8:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, April 11, 2011 at 10:00 at the funeral home with Pastor Chuck Testas officiating. Interment will be held at Butler County Memorial Park.
