He was born in East Bernstadt, Ky, son of William & Frances Bullock McDaniel & attended schools in Bernstadt, Ky & Seven Mile. Mr McDaniel married Stella Strong in 1934. He worked 14 years at Ohio Casualty Insurance, retiring in 1976. He was a member of Washington Lodge 17, F & AM, Ancient & Accepted Scottish Rite, Valley of Cincinnati, Monkey Mutual Aid Society, & Fraternal Order of Police.
He leaves his wife, Stella McDaniel; son, Ron L McDaniel, Cincinnati; two grandchildren; one great grandson; brother, Earl McDaniel, Hamilton; sister, Mrs Gladys Mogle, Cincinnati. Services 10 am, Saturday, Webb Funeral Home, Hamilton, with burial in Darrtown Cemetery. Visitation 5-8 pm Friday at the funeral home. Masonic service 7 pm, followed by Scottish Rite service.
