    • S.R. Brummett Succumbs at 74
      Sidney R. Brummett, 74, formerly of Lansing, died Sunday at Big Rapids.
      He had been a resident at 139 Isbell St., Lansing, for 35 years, was a member of the South Baptist Church and was an employe of the Reo, retiring 13 years ago and moving to Big Rapids. Surviving are his widow, Elizabeth; two brothers, Earl of Charlotte and Arvel of Lansing; two sisters, Mrs. Pearl Dehnert and Mrs. Rudell Rattatz, both of Grand Rapids. Funeral services will be held at the Ester-Leadley Colonial Chapel at 3 p.m. Thursday and interment will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
