Brown, Harold F. "Brownie", age 73, of Dayton, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Monday, December 4, 1995. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Brown & Frances Robinson Brown and his wife, Jacqueline M., on Oct. 26, 1994. Retired employee of Frigidaire after 31 years of service; Army Air Force Veterans of WWII, in which he was a prisoner of war; part District Fire Chief of Miami Twp.; member of Miamisburg Moose Lodge; American Legion Post #165; and Kettering VFW. Survived by his son & daughter-in-law, Michael F. & Barbara L. Brown, Springboro; his daughter, Erin Jayne Brown, Miamisburg; a brother & wife, Dr. & Mrs. George Brown, Dayton; 2 grandchildren, Jill N. Brown & Eric L. Brown; 5 nieces. Private graveside services will be held at the family's request. Rev. Mike Gray officiating. Burial Hillgrove Cemetery. There will be no visitation hours.
