age 86, of Monroe, passed away Saturday, June 7, 2014 at Mt. Pleasant Retirement Village. She was born December 12, 1927 in Dayton, OH to Howard and Lillie (Elliott) Surface. She was a resident of Trenton, OH for many years. She was a meat wrapper for IGA Supermarket, cook for Carlisle Care Center and worked for Met Life Insurance. Betty is survived by her children, Douglas Saunders, John Wemmer both of Trenton, Marilyn Wemmer of Middletown, Thomas Reynolds of Monroe. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thomas Reynolds Sr.; daughter, Sharon Elliott. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 12, 2014 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home. A Celebratipn of Life Service will follow at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Rev. Greg Wessman officiating. Interment will be at Springboro Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 2808 Reading Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45206.
