Eaton, O., Oct. 25 0 Nolan Lynch, 23, wanted in Owsley county, Ky., in connection with the shooting near Greenhall, that state, of Lucien Wilson, September 18, was arrested last night at the home of his sister, Mrs. Nancy Overby, near West Manchester, by Sheriff John Fahrenholz, of Preble county, and officers from Owsley county.
Sheriff A.C. Creech and Deputy Sheriff D.H. Price who came here from Owsley county to make the arrest after learning that Lynch as in this vicinity, returned with their prisoner to Kentucky this morning. Lynch waiving extradition.

- Link Ohio Man to Kentucky Slaying
Eaton, Ohio, Oct. 25 – Owsley County, Ky., police officers arrested Nolan Lynch, 23 years old, employed on a farm near West Manchester, on a charge of shooting and killing Lucien Wilson, near Greenhall, Ky., on Sept. 18. Lynch was thought to have been traced to this neighborhood through a sister, Mrs. Nancy Overboy, who lives near West Manchester. Lunch waived extradition and was returned to Kentucky today. The alleged shooting occurred during a drunken brawl, according to the Kentucky officers who came here.
