      Ronald “Ron” May Sr., 56, of Salinas died Saturday, Sept. 27 2003, at his home following a lengthy illness.
      He was born April 9, 1947, and was a lifelong resident of Salinas. He was an artist. He enjoyed painting, making jewelry, crocheting and working with children. He was preceded in death by his father, Archie May.
      Memberships: Wheels in Motion Club at the Salinas Adult School, vestry member of St. George’s Episcopal Church in Salinas.
      Survivors: Wife, Janet May of Salinas; daughters, Felicia Chadwick of Las Vegas, Fahrin Breezley, Renee May and Kikue May, all of Salinas; sons, Ron May Jr., Lloyd and Wayne Breezley, all of Salinas; mother Lenora May of Georgia; sisters, Susan May of Cabazon, Norma Jean Morris of Georgia, Sandi Stump of Colorado; former wife, Clarice Arnold of Salinas; and two grandchildren.
      Services: 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 4, at St. George’s Episcopal Church, 98 Kip Drive. Salinas.
      Cremation: Under the direction of Healy Crematory Co.
