Notes - Mrs. Mollie Anderson, 89, Eliza, died Saturday at Mercer County Hospital, Aledo. Services were held this afternoon at New Boston United Methodist Church. Burial was in Eliza Creek Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Heart Fund.
Mollie Noble married Dan Anderson in 1911 in New Boston. The couple farmed in Eliza Twp. He died in 1970. She was a member of New Boston United Methodist Church and Women's Association, Rose Croix Shrine, Muscatine, and was a 50-year member of the New Boston Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 204. Survivors include daughters, Mrs. Merle Ball and Mrs. Lytle Lambert, both of Eliza, and Mrs. Everett Welch, Aledo; nine grandchildren; three greatgrandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Ella McNeal, Muscatine, and brothers, Craig Noble, Andalusia, Don Noble, Illinois City and Lee Noble, Moline.
