Joseph S. Daulton
Joseph S. DAULTON, 72, Mishawaka, died at 6:40 a.m. Wednesday in the Veterans Administration Hospital in Indianapolis after an extended illness.
Mr. Daulton was born April 27, 1908 in Rochester. He was retired from the Courier-Newsom Trucking Co. He was married May 11, 1948 in Rochester to Thelma DAVIS, who died in 1970. He was a member of the American Legion and a veteran of World War II.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Danny (Dianna) VICENT, Mishawaka, and Mrs. Michael (Barbara) McLAUGHLIN, South Bend; three grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Barbara SWAIN, Mishawaka, and Mrs. Velma VIGUS, Gardena, Calif.; three brothers, Ben DAULTON, Wayne DAULTON, Dale “Dirty” DAULTON, all of Rochester.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Thallemer-Goethals Funeral Home in Mishawaka with the Rev. David C. SCHRAMM officiating. Burial will be in the South Lawn Cemetery in South Bend. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today.
