Notes - Resolutions - To the memory of Bro. D.L. Phelps, who for forty years was a Master Mason, died May 25th, 1898, aged 75 years.
Whereas, It has pleased the All-wise God to call our brother D.L. Phelps from early labor to his reward above, therefore, be it
Resolved, That in the death of Bro. Phelps this lodge has lost a worthy member and brother, the county a good citizen and his children a kind and loving father.
Resolved, That this lodge extend to the bereaved family its heartfelt sympathy in their loss; that a copy of these resolutions be entered in the record book of our lodge, a copy furnished the Masonic Home Journal, Morehead Advance, Owingsville Outlook, and a copy sent to the family of deceased.
