Notes - ROBERT N. "BOB" HYATT, age 76, Wilson Avenue, Cynthiana, died Wednesday, July 6, 2005, at his residence. Born in Rowan County, April 12, 1929, to the late Menn and Lucy McKee Hyatt, he was a retired business owner. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a step-daughter, Jona Helvey and two sisters, Elsie Hyatt and Thelma Hyatt Graham.
He is survived by his wife, Helen R. Morris Hyatt; three sons, Robert Nelson "Bobby" (Sandra) Hyatt, Jr., Morehead, Mike Hyatt, Langley, Virginia and Keith (Shirley) Hyatt, Columbus, Ohio; two stepsons, Terry Whalen and Greg (Linda) Whalen, both of Cynthiana; a brother, Bill (Violet) Hyatt, Elizaville; a sister, Gusie (John) Masters, Mayslick; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and a step great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 A.M. Friday at Ware Funeral Home by Bro. Howard Livingood. Graveside services will be 1:00 P.M. Friday at Elizaville Cemetery in Fleming County. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Elmarch United Methodist Church.
