She attended the Laredo, rural Scool. She moved to Chillicothe 57 years ago. On March 16, 1910 she married Jesse Cleveland Knouse In Chillicothe. She was a member of the Church of Crist. She Is survived by her husband, four Daughters, Margaret Barrett, San Bruno, Calif. Ruby Sprague, Utica, Mo., Beulah Cashatt, Chillicothe, and Rosie Emmons of Laredo, Four sons, Reuben Samuel Knouse, Merchant Marines, Jesse C. Knouse, Jr. Placerville, Calif. Richard Knouse, Chillicothe and Herbert Knouse, U.S. Navy, Jacksonville, Florida, (now at Danany, Vietnam)a brother, Edgar Cassity, Three sisters, Lela Pulliam and Clara Armstrong both of Brookfield, Mo. and Blanche Thompson, Linneus, Mo. She was preceded In death by two sons, a Daughter, a brother and a Sister. Funeral services were held at the Norman Funeral Home In Chillicothe and burial was in Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Chillicothe, Mo.
