Notes - File Petition to Terminate Tenancy
Chester Beagles yesterday filed a petition for declaratory relief from the Superior Court, naming Marie Beagles as defendant.
The petitioner maintains that prior to the death of the late William Beagles, the latter made a deed in favor of his wife, the defendant in the present action, to 15.31 acres of land on the Big Ranch road, north of Napa.
Plaintiff seeks declaratory relief by asking the court to set aside a deed to this land, alleging that because of the incompetency of the deceased W.H. Beagles to make a deed, the defendant is not rightfully the sole owner of the property.
