- Albert A “Bert” Plank
Montezuma, Ind., April 9 – Special – Services for Albert A. “Bert” Plank, 78 years old, a former resident, who died at 5:30 o’clock Saturday evening at the home of a son, Joe Plank of Indianapolis, will be at 2 o’clock Tuesday afternoon at the Brown Funeral Home. The Rev. Donald Rice will officiate and interment will be in Oakland Cemetery. He was a member of the Montezuma Christian Church. Also surviving are ten daughters, Mmes. Ethel Hold, Vada Richardson, Maxine Richardson, Leota Wilson, JoAnn Hanely, and Marlene Manley, all of Indianapolis; Mmes. Mary Russell, Helen Summerville, and Ardith Riggen, all of Dana, and Mrs. Paulene Haughee of Mecca; two other sons, James D. Plank of Montezuma and Carroll Plank of Indianapolis; two sisters, Mrs. Lucinda Patterson of Indianapolis and Mrs. Alice Tyler of Paris, Ill.; one brother, Frank Plank of Chanute, Kan.; 33 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
