      Mrs. Laura Catherine Johnston, widow of Edward E. Johnston, died at 4:45 p.m. yesterday at her home, 430 West Philadelphia street. Death was due to a complication of diseases following an illness of several years. She was 75 years old and leaves a daughter, Mrs. Michael Branna, Washington, D.C., and a grandson, David R. Monroe, at home. She was a member of Heidelberg Reformed church.
