    • Robert Rankin Monroe
      Robert Rankin Monroe, 81, husband of the late Grace Everett Johnson Monroe, formerly of York, died at 4;15 a.m. today at Fairview Manor Nursing Home, Columbia.
      The only survivors are two granddaughters, Karen and Suzanne Monroe, 130 Sharon Drive.
      Mr. Monroe was a member of First Presbyterian Church, and was a retired 40-year employe of York Division, Borg-Warner.
      The Rev. John Galloway will officiate at funeral services Tuesday at 2 p.m. at John Calvin Memorial Chapel, First Presbyterian Church. Interment will be in Greenmount cemetery. Decker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
