Notes - Mrs. J.F. Hannah Died In Urbana
Mrs. John F. Hannah, mother of Harry I. Hannah, 3113 Western avenue, died at 12:30 o’clock this morning at her home in Urbana after a long illness. Death was due to complications incident to old age. Mrs. Hannah was 79 years old.
The funeral will be held at 2 o’clock Monday afternoon at the Christian church in Urbana. Burial will be in Urbana.
Mrs. Hannah, as Emma Jane Donaldson, was born April 6, 1863 at Fithian. On Dec. 24, 1885, she was married to John F. Hannah, also of Fithian, and in 1920 they moved to Urbana to enable their son, Harry I. Hannah, to attend the University of Illinois. Mr. Hannah, a farmer, retired when they moved to Urbana.
Surviving beside her husband and son are three grandchildren, Norman, David and Miss Marilyn Hannah of this city.
