Also names children: Pheobe, Nancy, Elizabeth, Jeremiah, Samuel, Rebecca Rice, and Polly. Named executors wife Nancy and Dazel Hunt, son of John Hunt. Witnessed by Joseph Williams, Dazel Hunt, Jr.

He was originally buried in the Buck Creek Cemetery, also referred to as the Hunt Cemetery in Menifee County, KY. The graves in that cemetery were moved to the Ginter Cemetery in preparation for construction of the Cave Run Dam and reservoir. [2]
