- Richard Wiley Razor
Richard Wiley Razor of Southeast Portland, retired owner of Consolidated Heating Service Co., died of emphysema Tuesday in a Portland hospital at the age of 72. At his request, no service will be held.
He was born Feb. 12, 1918, in Burnside, Iowa. He was raised and educated in Des Moines and moved to Portland in 1942. He served in the Army in World War II.
In 1947, Mr. Razor moved to Seattle, where he owned and operated Consolidated Controls Co. After moving back to the Portland area in 1968, he owned and operated Consolidated Heating Service Co. until his retirement in 1985.
Mr. Razor is survived by his wife, Gladys; four daughters, Brenda Moss of Auburn, Wash., Kathy hale of Westminster, Calif, Sandra of Los Angeles and Janet Jackson of Pacific, Wash.; two stepdaughter, Sandra Pedersen of Denver and Janice Andreassen of Santa Cruz, Calif.; a stepson, Joe Bowen of Bellevue, Wash.; brothers, Al of Collins, Iowa, and Robert of Des Moines; two sisters, Anabel Jininez of Beaverton and Evelyn Heitt of San Antonio., Texas; and several grandchildren ad great-grandchildren.
Disposition was by cremation.
