    • Killed in an accident on a county road two miles west of St. Peter was Lyle Johnson, 31, of St. Peter, an airman home on leave from Washington.
      Officers said his car, driven by Donald H. Fry, 31, St. Peter, went out of control and overturned. Investigators said the driver told them he and Johnson were trying out the latter's foreign sports car. Frey was not injured.
