Notes - Beulah was a retired nurse's aid at Brown County General Hospital and was a member of the Georgetown Church of Christ.
Mrs. Maynard was born in Wallingford, Ky., the daughter of the late Albert Edson and Mary Alma McCormick Gilkison. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Emmitt Maynard; nine sisters and four brothers.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Linda Maynard of Hillsboro; three grandchildren; one stepgrandchild; six great grandchildren; two step great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
[2, 3] - Beulah Blanche Maynard, 86, of Hillsboro (formerly of Georgetown), died Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2005, at the Laurels of Hillsboro.
She was born on May 17, 1919, in Wallingford, Ky., the daughter of the late Albert Edson and Mary Alma (McCormick) Gilkison. She was also preceded in death by her husband Emmitt.
Survivors include one son, Charles Maynard and wife, Linda, of Hillsboro.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, at Cahall Funeral Home, Georgetown, Ohio. Interment will be at Confidence Cemetery, Georgetown.
Visitation will be observed from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday.
