    • Dry Ridge – George Hedges Sr., 89, a retired painter and a World War I veteran, father of George Hedges Jr., died Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center-North in Covington after a long illness. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Eckler-Hudson Funeral Home. Visitation is from 4 to 9 p.m. today. Memorials are suggested to Dry Ridge Christian Church.
