Dan was born in Hamilton, Ohio on October 15, 1951 to Richard J. and Bellajo (nee Hampton) Sherlock. He was a life member of St. Peter In Chain’s Parish. Dan worked at Hamilton Fixture for many years. Dan loved horses and enjoyed going to races.
Dan is survived by his siblings, Fr. R. Marc Sherlock, Joseph (Tisha) Sherlock and Rosemary Ture; his sister-in-law, Maria Sherlock; his nieces and nephews, Andrea Meija, Kent Sherlock, Marc (Kelli) Sherlock, Bethany (Luke Sommer) Ture, Christine Ture, Annie (Will) Scott, Lewis (Lauren) Mills, Zachary Sherlock and Alex Sherlock; his great nieces and nephews, Jasmine, Scarlett, Sahara, Roberto, Aristeo, Tommy, Teagan and Althea; and other loving family members and friends. Dan was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Thomas M. Sherlock and Timothy J. Sherlock; and his grandparents, Ruby and Amos Hampton.
Funeral service held at St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church, 382 Liberty Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, with celebrant Fr. Marc Sherlock. Burial at St. Mary's Cemetery. [1, 2]
