Goins, 8500 East Seventy-third terrace; a daughter, Mrs. Donna Ruth Evans, 3416 Hardy, Independence; three brothers, Charles M. Goins and Ralph H. Goins, both of Purdin, and Robert B. Goins, Los Angeles; two sisters, Mrs. Daisy Allsworth and Miss Ruth Goins, both of 10712 East Twenty-fourth, Independence, and eight grandchildren.
