Notes - Mrs. Edna M. George
Mrs. Edna M. George, 74, wife of Charles E. George, retired assistant postmaster, 1518 Nichol Avenue, Anderson, Indiana, died last Thursday at St. John’s Hospital a few hours after she had been admitted.
Mrs. George was a member of the First Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star.
Services were held at 1:30 P.M. Saturday with Dr. W.H. Barnsford, Pastor of the First Methodist Church, in charge. Interment was in East Maplewood Cemetery.
She is survived by the husband; three grandsons, Donald G. Main, Anderson, and John D. Main and Richard D. Main, Both of Indianapolis; five great-grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Sylvia Smith of Brookville.
