Andrew was born about 1713 in Christina Hundred, however the exact date is not known. His date and place of death are also not known. He is shown as being alive in September 14, 1771 when his father's will was probated.

This record shows that Anders and his wife Maria spoke Swedish. He was age 44 and a farmer and she 40. Children Elizabeth & Jacob spoke both Swedish and English. Children Rebeccah, Petrus, and Johan spoke English.

Andrew married Catherina Stalcop December 21 1738 in Old Swedes Church in Wilmington, New Castle, Delaware according to Dr. Peter Stebbins Craig.
There were several women named Christina/Catherine/Catherina Stalcop in this area with similar dates that makes it very confusing to sort it out.

Anders (he also went by “Andreas and Andrew”) was born about 1718 [some sources suggest a birthdate about 1713] in Christina Hundred, New Castle County, Delaware to parents Jacob Andersson Stille, yeoman of Christiana Hundred, [1] and Rebecca Carlsdotter Springer. He was married twice.
First marriage: His first wife was Catherina Anderssdotter Stalcop.[2] They married on December 21, 1738 in Old Swedes Church [3] in Wilmington, New Castle, Delaware [4] according to Dr. Peter Stebbins Craig. They had ten children together:

Second marriage: Catherina passed away by 1763. All of his children were with his first wife. Anders later remarried to Maria (unknown). There are no children recorded of this second marriage.

Anders passed away after 1774. His exact date and place of death are not known. He is shown as being alive in 1774 when his father's will was probated (he was named as executor). [7]

Notations on Anders “Andreas or Andrew” Stille’s father, Jacob Andersson Stille: “ Jacob Stille became a churchwarden for Old Swedes church in Wilmington and is frequently mentioned in the church records. (See Burr 249, 355, 385, 431, etc.) In his will of 14 September 1771, he describes himself of Christiana hundred, New Castle County, and mentions his son Andrew Stilly, two sons-in-law, Charles Hedge and John Bird; daughter-in-law, Mary Stilley; children, Andrew, John, Elizabeth Stilley, alias Pollard; Margaret Stilley, alias Meredith, and Catharine Stilley, according to the synopsis presented in Calendar of Delaware Wills, New Castle County, 74. The will was proved 6 February 1774.”…. Excerpted
