Notes - MHR note: Amy Belle was a nurse and was nursing in Colorado when A.W. met her. She was superintendent of nursing at a Phoenix, Arizona hospital in 1951.
[6] - QUEEN CREEK – Amy B. Crouch, 82, a retired registered nurse who served at Fitzsimons General Hospital, Denver, during World War I and retired from Maricopa County Hospital in 1962, died Monday in Chandler Hospital.
Mrs. Crouch, a life member of the Rebecca Lodge, is survived by children, Betty Ems, Amy Osborne, Margaret Harville, Charlotte Allen, Carl, George, Frederick and Franklin; a brother; 24 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today in Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden, Scottsdale.
