      VAN - Services for Lynn O. Parham, 69, Van, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home chapel with Herbert Buie officiating.

      Military and Masonic graveside services will be in Tyler Memorial Park. Visitation is Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

      Mr. Parham died Dec. 9, 2008, in a Whitehouse nursing home.
      He was born Jan. 7, 1939, in Fort Worth to the late James and Elsie Parham.

      He served in the Marine Corps, worked for Carrier Air Conditioning and was a Baptist, a Mason and member of Sharon Temple Shrine.

      Survivors include his son, Tommy Parham, Tyler; daughters, Debi Elbert, Fort Pierce, Fla., Lora Binks, Beaumont, and Jeri Kitchens, Tyler; sisters, Nedra Smith, Tyler, and Janell Williams, Huntsville; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
