Notes - Mrs. Claude Perrin Dies; Services at 2 p.m. Friday
Mrs. Claude (Mossie) Perrin died at 4 a.m. today at her home in St. Catherine following an extended illness. She was 52.
Mrs. Perrin was born Sept. 10, 1904, in Mason County, and was married to Claude Perrin on Jan. 12, 1927. Survivors, in addition to her husband, include three children: Mrs. Emma Lee Forges, Glasgow; Mrs. Shirley Moore, St. Catherine; and Meril Dean Perrin, Independence; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Cassity, Brookfield; her father-in-aw, Joe Perrin, of the home; a brother, Ray Cassity, Brookfield; three sisters, Mrs. Clarence Apel, Brookfield; Mrs. Edwin Price, College Mound; Mrs. John Tallman, Bogard; and three grandchildren.
Early in her life, Mrs. Perrin joined the Church of Christ, and later she became a member of the Pleasant View Baptist Church where she was active in functions of the church and belonged to the Ladies’ Aid.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday by the Rev. Warren Haley, Norborne, at the Pleasant View Church. Burial will b in the adjoining cemetery, under the direction of the Wright Funeral Home, Brookfield, where the body was taken.
