      Mrs. Addie Frances Heath, 82, Owingsville, Ky., died Saturday morning at the Daniel Boone Convalescent Home, Morehead. Survivors are two sons, Ewell Heath, Owingsville, and Mark Heath, Salt Lick; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m., today at the Kell Funeral Home with Rev. Lowell Hillis officiating. Burial in Machpelah Cemetery, Mt. Sterling.
      The Lexington Herald, Lexington, Kentucky. Monday, 3 October 1977.
