    • Mrs. J. C. Nippert, 54, passed away at her home in Worthington, Ky., yesterday after a short illness.

      She is survived by her husband, J.C. Nippert, three sons, Pyrus, Hercules and Howard Beatly at home; one sister, Mrs. Dora Roberts who resided with here, and two brothers, Mr. Harry Hunt of Fullerton, and Mr. Theo Hunt of Charleston, W.Va.

      Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Methodist church in Raceland with Rev. Perkins and Rev. Gallion in charge and burial in Belfonte Memorial cemetery near Ashland.
