    • Cynthia Ann Miller was born 25 July 1819 near South Charleston, Clark County, Ohio to George and Ruth (Howell) Hempleman. She went to live with Nancy Briggs, in Allen County, Ohio and married Silas Miller. They 12 October 1837. They lived on a farm and had ten Children: Daniel H., George, Martha, and Margarette died in infancy; Henry C., Mary E. Lydia, Clark, Harvey H and Cynthia lived to man and womanhood.
